Tae Suk Chang brings nine years of experience in consulting and research to Northside Advisors. Prior to Northside Advisors, Mr. Chang was Vice President with Progress Partners, where he focused on financial analysis, firm/technology valuation, business development, and cross-border transactions. Prior to Progress Partners, Mr. Chang worked at Samsung as a project manager, leading projects ranging from operation consulting to information system implementations. He is also an experienced entrepreneur, having launched two high-tech start-up companies, Aigis Systems and Organic-Biotech. In 2000, Mr. Chang received a Ph.D. in engineering from Seoul National University, and graduated with an MBA from the S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.

Sample transactions include the sale of Going.com to AOL (NYSE: AOL), Rock Coast Media to Alloy Marketing (NASDAQ:ALOY), CMWare to Live Cargo, Movo Mobile to Neighborhood America, and the equity capital financing of MediaMath, among others.
