Michael Rosenberg, Managing Partner, Northside Advisors, has 20 years of investment banking, corporate development and advisory experience, originating and directing acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity financing, recapitalizations, strategic planning and integration.

Prior to founding Northside Advisors, he spent seven years in principal roles, most recently serving as global head of corporate development for CA, Inc., a $12 billion, publicly traded IT management software company, where he was responsible for leading the company’s M&A, integration and strategic investing efforts. Prior to CA, Mr. Rosenberg spent four years with Honeywell International Inc., where he executed and integrated many key acquisitions for its Security Products division.

Earlier, Mr. Rosenberg spent six years as an investment banker, where he completed domestic and cross-border transactions in mergers and acquisitions and high-yield corporate finance for clients in the consumer, technology, software, telecom, utilities and financial services sectors. Mr. Rosenberg began his career as a consultant for Ernst & Young, and is a CPA licensed in New York.

Mr. Rosenberg regularly participates as a panelist at various industry events to discuss M&A trends and other relevant topics. He holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a BA from CUNY Queens College.
