Kunal Agarwal is a Vice President of Northside Advisors.

Prior to joining Northside Advisors, Mr. Agarwal spent two years as a senior corporate development associate with CA, Inc., a $12 billion, publicly traded IT management software company, where he was responsible for leading the execution of strategic acquisitions.

Prior to CA, Mr. Agarwal was an investment banking senior analyst at Deutsche Bank, where he worked on a variety of capital raising and sponsor-led M&A transactions in the media & telecom sector. Mr. Agarwal’s deal experience includes M&A advisory and financing of TH Lee and Bain Capital’s $27 billion LBO of Clear Channel Communications, sale of Thomson Prometric for $435 million and a $2 billion of high yield financing for Qwest Communications.

Mr. Agarwal received his BBA in Finance & Accounting graduating with Distinction from the University of Michigan Business School.
